We offer a unique blend of education, mentorship, and consulting services designed to guide individuals into clinical research careers (CRC, CRA, PI), support site ownership, and help CROs and sponsors improve diversity and readiness across their networks.
Our programs include mentorship boot camps, Thinkific-hosted courses, and strategic consulting packages ranging from site startup to high-level site development. Through our workforce training, digital tools, and partnerships, CSRS LLC is shaping the future of inclusive clinical trials in Missouri, empowering professionals and organizations to lead with impact and transform research representation from the ground up.
